Head Basketball Coach Speaks to Local Alumni.  LeVelle Moton, joined members of the North Carolina Central University Alumni Association, Raleigh/Wake Chapter, at their meeting on October 20, 2016.  He shared with the group, goals that he set out to accomplish when he was appointed Head Men’s Basketball Coach at North Carolina Central University.  Among them were to win a MEAC Championship, defeat an ACC School, and make NCCU Nationally know. Coach Moton also seeks to help his players become better students and young men.  A Raleigh native, NCCU Alumnus, and author, he recently penned a book, The Worst Times and The Best Times, with former Raleigh N&O writer Edward G. Robinson III.  In 2013, Coach Moton earned his Master’s Degree in Special Education with a focus on Learning Disabilities.
